.NET 2.0 and 3.5 Memory Shrinker

This utility will shrink unused memory of .NET process. Of course, it won't help if the program really uses the memory. But it helps for a lot of systray utils that just sit idle on hundreds of heap megabytes most of the time :)

Limitations of v1.0:

• Does not work with services (Work in progress).
• Elevated processes require elevation of shrink.exe; non-elevated require non-elevated shrink.exe
• 32bit (x86) .net 2.0 and 3.5 only. (Work in progress)
• Will probably crash native, 64-bit or .net 4.0/4.5 processes.

Usage: shrink [PID|process name] [repeat]

repeat = shrink every 60 seconds
